Volunteers who grab their hammers and build affordable housing alongside our construction staff and family partners are vital to helping realize Habitat for Humanity of South Palm Beach County’s vision of a world where everyone has a decent place to live.
Volunteers must be 16 years of age or older to work on the build site, and must be at least 18 years of age to use power tools and to participate in roof work. Don’t worry if you lack building experience; our staff is happy to teach!
Volunteers play a direct role in creating a clean and organized atmosphere for customers and a friendly & efficient donation drop off experience for donors. The profits from the sale of items at the ReStore go directly back into the community by enabling Habitat for Humanity of South Palm Beach County to build more homes and serve more families.
Ready to dip your toes in? Volunteer for a single shift! Tasks include assisting customers, loading and unloading merchandise and donations, taking on special projects as assigned, and helping to maintain a clean and attractive store. Volunteers must be at least 16 years old and attend a short orientation.
