Applicants and co-applicants must:
Please Note: Our program is not an emergency repair program. Between the application processing, permitting (if applicable), etc, the repair may take several months to complete.
- Own and live in a home in a Boca Raton, Delray Beach or Boynton Beach Focus Neighborhood specified above (see maps)
- Have a home in need of exterior repairs only
- Be willing to pay a portion of the cost of the repair (income-based repayment plan and 0% interest financing available)
- Meet the income requirements based on the number of residents living in the home
- Be able to provide income documentation from the last 12 months
- Be able to pass a background check
- Partner with Habitat and work alongside volunteers during repairs (if applicable)
