Neighborhood Revitalization addresses the need for more adequate housing and healthier living conditions through home repair and community engagement for low income homeowners. ​Our goal is to help homeowners stay in their existing homes, protect their financial investment
​and restore pride of homeownership.
We partner with low income homeowners in Boca Raton, Delray Beach and Boynton Beach 
​to provide quality exterior repairs including: 
  • ​Roofs
  • Siding/Stucco
  • Soffits

  • Windows
  • Doors
  • ​Porches

  • Yard Clean-Up
  • Ramps & Railings
  • Painting

We are currently accepting applications for repairs in the
​following Focus Neighborhoods:

Pearl City, Boca Raton

Home Repair Partnership Checklist:

Applicants and co-applicants must:
  • Own and live in a home in a Boca Raton, Delray Beach or Boynton Beach Focus Neighborhood specified above (see maps)
  • Have a home in need of exterior repairs only
  • Be willing to pay a portion of the cost of the repair                                                                                                    (income-based repayment plan and 0% interest financing available)
  • Meet the income requirements based on the number of  residents living in the home
  • Be able to provide income documentation from the last 12 months
  • Be able to pass a background check
  • Partner with Habitat and work alongside volunteers during repairs (if applicable)

Please Note: Our program is not an emergency repair program. Between the application processing, permitting (if applicable), etc, the repair may take several months to complete.
