We empower low income individuals and families to be able to purchase a Habitat built home and pay an affordable mortgage. Individuals and families must work in partnership with and community organizations to build strength, stability, self-reliance and shelter for themselves and for their community.

Heartfelt Florida Housing South Palm Beach County
Community Land Trust (HFHSPBC CLT)
All homes currently built and/or sold by Habitat for Humanity of South Palm Beach County are sold in partnership with the Heartfelt Florida Housing of South Palm Beach County Community Land Trust. The land the home is built on remains in the ownership of the land trust, while the home is sold separately to an income qualified buyer. The buyer is responsible for paying a small monthly fee to lease the land. The community land trust model works to benefit low and moderate income individuals and families by providing access to permanently affordable housing opportunities in high cost areas while keeping housing affordable for future residents.
